Breeding Ethics
At Cedar Post Farm & Kennels we care very deeply for our adult dogs and puppies. We take great pride and care in the quality of our kennels and our dogs. Our dogs are given all the required vaccinations and are guarded against heartworm. We have a veternarian service on call for routine and emergency care. Our dogs are well socialized with other dogs, children, both men and women and livestock. Our puppies are handled daily by children, men and women. Our adult dogs are all very social, well groomed, fed a premium diet, and handled regularly. Although we have not put the dogs through unnecessary anesthesia to obtain an official hip quality, we guarantee against such defects, as stated above. All of our breeding dogs are at least 2 years old so as to rule out any underlying health issues. All of our adult dogs are healthy and even-tempered.
